Having listened to Neogen Europe’s specific requirements, time was taken to identify a shortlist of products that could cope with their increasing level of transactions.
We came to the conclusion that Sage 200 would be the solution best suited to their growing organisation. This platform offered the enhanced flexibility and visibility the business required and we would be able to tailor the platform to allow them to achieve their business goals.
Neogen Europe had years of experience with Sage 50, having an accounts team that knew it inside out, therefore there was a strong desire to install a software system that had some familiarity. Sage 200 has a similar user interface which was to a large degree, comforting for the accounts team during training.
The next step involved Neogen choosing Eureka Solutions as their business partner following a visit to an existing customer. Neogen enlisted Eureka Solutions to plan and setup Sage 200 and to customise it to their specific needs and business practices.
They also chose to implement our Sales Order Plus Addon to further enhance the system and asked us to hold their hands during the migration stages to support them through the changeover.
